Seminar May 2021 - Presentations from Researchers at Poznan University

On May 10th 2021, we conducted a research seminar with researchers from Poznan University of Economics and Business from Poland.

During this seminar, the research team around Prof. Grzegorz Leszczyński at Poznan University of Economics and Business presented their research on customer affective and cognitive responses to Artificial Intelligence.

A focus of investigation for the research group at Poznan University is how customer reactions to Artificial Intelligence translate into economic and social aspects of behaviours. Among these - trust, involvement, willingness to cooperate are key aspects and behaviours observed. This approach and direction of inquiry is driven by the need to understand the transformation of human attitude and behaviours as a result of encounters and collaboration with Artificial Intelligence.
