Since 2022, Roskilde University has published The Journal of Circular Economy, with Associate Professor Julian Kirchherr as editor-in-chief. The journal focuses on circular economy and sustainability, and with this year’s workshop, the organizers aim to strengthen collaboration between researchers in Denmark and internationally.

There is a lack of knowledge about how pharmaceutical released into the environment is affecting wildlife. Now a new research project led by Roskilde University together with the Greenland Institute of Natural Resources (Pinngortitaleriffik) in Nuuk in collaboration with Aarhus University, the University of Copenhagen and Rigshospitalet, and several international partners will investigate and identify the extent of the problem.

Marcus Nørmann Christensen has, based on his own experiences, founded a company and developed a lid that aims to help prevent so-called drugging in nightlife. The lids were put into use at bars and music venues in the autumn of 2024.
