Agnete Meldgaard Hansen awarded 'the Mildred Blaxter New Writer's Prize'

Assistant Professor Agnete Meldgaard Hansen's paper 'Rehabilitative bodywork: Cleaning up the dirty work of homecare' has been awarded 'the Mildred Blaxter New Writer's Prize' for 2016.

36 papers were eligible for this years 'Mildred Blaxter New Writer's Prize' and they represented a very broad range in terms of content.

Of the 36 papers sent to the journal 'Sociology of Health and Illness' Assistant Professor Agnete Meldgaard Hansen's (Department of People and Technology) paper 'Rehabilitative bodywork: Cleaning up the dirty work of homecare' were chosen by the judges.

All papers were scored independently by the judges on the panel, and these ranked scores were based on issues of clarity, interest, argument and reader engagement.
