About the session

Digital technologies related to artificial intelligence (AI) enable innovations that could potentially transform and disrupt the service sector. Thus, the service industry is “at an inflection point” and may need to undergo substantial changes to meet the potential threat of disruption. This trend is still at the beginning. This session focuses on knowledge intensive business services such as accountant, consultant, lawyers and how AI-based digital transformation is impacting this type of services. It will address the overall question of “What are the benefits that can be gained and what are the challenges that need to solved?
