You will be assigned a personal mailbox at postbox.ruc.dk. Once your mailbox is activated, you will receive an e-mail. It will be sent to the e-mail address you registered when you applied online at optagelse.dk.
We will also send you a message to confirm receipt of your application. The message is sent via postbox.ruc.dk.
April – Early May
We will contact you in case any necessary documents are missing. You will be given a short deadline to upload the documents. The notification is sent via postbox.ruc.dk. We send notifications of missing documents, as we go through the applications.
We will send you the application decision (admission, conditional admission or rejection). The letter will be sent to postbox.ruc.dk.
If you have been offered admission, you will also receive a tuition fee invoice and information in order to apply for a residence permit.
Deadline to accept or reject the offer.
Deadline to document completion of your entry qualification or supplementary courses. This deadline is only relevant, if you had not completed your entry qualification or supplementary course by the application deadline.
