Step 3: Required Documentation
Documentation requirements
Deadlines to upload the documents
All required documents must be uploaded by the application deadline.
However, two specific exceptions apply:
1. You have not yet completed your bachelor’s degree by the application deadline:
- If you are an EU/EEA, Swiss or Danish citizen, you will be able to submit your successfully completed degree until January 31 (for study start on February 1) or August 31 (for study start on September 1).
- If you are a non-EU/EEA citizen, you will be able to submit your successfully completed degree until January 1 (for study start on February 1) or August 1 (for study start on September 1).
2. You do not yet fulfil the language requirement by the application deadline:
- If you are an EU/EEA, Swiss or Danish citizen, you will be able to submit your test result until January 31 (for study start on February 1) or August 31 (for study start on September 1).
- If you wish to apply for individual assessment of the English level in your high school diploma documents must be submitted October 15 (for study start on February 1) or March 1 (for study start on September 1).
- If you are a non-EU/EEA citizen, you will be able to submit your test result until December 1 (for study start on February 1) or July 1 (for study start on September 1).
This is due to the fact that we can only start processing your application for a residence permit, once you fulfil the language requirement and we have received the tuition fee for your first semester.
NB: All other documents, such as the application fee for non-EU/EEA applicants or your transcripts, must be uploaded by the application deadline.
How to upload the documents
- Upload the entire set of required documentation to each of your applications.
- If a document contains more than one page, e.g. your transcript of grades, you should upload all pages as one file.
If any necessary documents are missing, you may be asked to submit further documentation so that your application can be complete for review. You will usually be given a short deadline to upload the required documents. Please note that it is your own responsibility to upload the documents within the given deadline, and the university reserves the right to refuse incomplete applications.
